Anxiety and Depression are two such mental health disorders. These who attack slowly on body. It leaves its marks both physically and mentally. But both anxiety and depression disorders are different from each other. Anxiety is mostly related about our present on the other hand depression is caused by some trauma or some incident. Mostly both animals and humans face this disorder. Anxiety and depression basically make our mood condition spoil, so the fear, loneliness and sadness etc. increases these emotion level in our body. And we can reduce to take different type of medicine but they can left side effect in our body but in naturally way. There are many vegetables and fruits occur in nature which help us to reduce anxiety and depression level in our body. The best example is like banana naturally in banana occur tryptophan. So, our body converts them into Serotonin. Serotonin level is increase in brain that help out to reduce depression and anxiety.

The way termites slowly hollow out wood from inside similarly depression and anxiety destroy a person from within. So, the body can face physical and mental health problems. We can also call this disorder as slow poison or silent killer. This is not an issue of any one origin but it is a global issue. These disorder is directly linked to health. Approximately 700,000 suicide fatalities occur worldwide each year as a result of anxiety and depression (World Health Organization (WHO); Health Metrics Institute). Furthermore, comorbid problems like cardiovascular diseases raise the risk of mortality from these disorders. and also suffer from other acute and chronic diseases most common such as High blood pressure, insomnia and sleeping paralyze and so on. Almost every age group from children to old age faces anxiety disorders and we doesn’t differentiate between gender. But the anxiety level of every group is different. Mostly the problems faced by these group in their time period may be possible. Children are worried about their studies or lf their parents have a fight with each other. Possible they can face anxiety and it is also possible that his/her anxiety may increase with time. Most Teenage children have anxiety about their future or social interactions. A middle-aged person is mostly worried about his family. How do they fulfill your need or how can men give them a peaceful life? And lf those who women are illiterate they are worried about how we will interact with other. And lf they are educated then what problems will have to face while taking both home and job. And mostly people in old age are worried about their diseases.
Anxiety is sometimes good it motivates a person to work. And in facing any kind of problem. But long-term anxiety destroys a person. But depression is very different from anxiety. We can probably control anxiety but depression is such a disorder that becomes difficult and impossible to control sometime. Anxiety mostly concerns you about today or tomorrow whereas depression is caused by a traumatic or accident event and can affect all types of ages groups. There are different types of medicines which can help us in reduction. But we may have to face their side effects in the future and we may become addicted to. In recent times, there has been a growing interest in the naturally occurring antioxidant compounds derived from plants that have the potential to mitigate or possibly prevent stress- related oxidative disorders like diabetes, inflammatory diseases, and neurological pathologies. fruits and vegetable contain the chemicals serotonin and melatonin. when we eat any food item so these both antioxidants can increase their blood levels to physiologic levels, which can provide support to, elevate mood, and treat anxiety, depression, and sleep disturbances. One of the best examples is banana. Banana has the natural quality that it contains both macronutrient like (Carbohydrates, Protein, and Fat) and micronutrient like (Vitamins and Minerals) also contain serotonin which helps in mood elevation. Banana is also work as mood enhancement. Banana is beneficial for those people who suffer from anxiety and depression. Banana contain vitamin B6 in high amount which is helpful in the production of serotonin and also contain minerals like potassium and magnesium which helping or supporting overall brain health.
In the last 2010 years of research we have come to know how beneficial bananas are for depression and anxiety people. For Example, At Marzoeki Mahdi Hospital Bogor, an experimental study using a pretest-posttest control group design was carried out in May and July of 2019. Based on the inclusion criteria, Sixty subjects were chosen and split into five groups
(1) No banana was given
(2) New patient groups received two banana daily
(3) New patient group received three bananas daily
(4) The old patient group received daily two banana daily and
(5) The old patient group received daily three banana
A 14- day supply of bananas with an average weight of 130 grams using the Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale questionnaire the degree of anxiety was determined. Anxiety assessments were conducted seven and fourteen days following the intervention. Oneway Anova was used to examine the data. Results showed that anxiety levels have dropped. The group that underwent intervention demonstrated.
Banana is a fruit which we have been using in our food for thousands of years. Banana is very good for our health because it contains a lot amount of nutrient and components. A medium size ripening banana contain mostly nutritional value Table 1.
Anxiety and Depression are disorders which we call silent killers or slow poisons. These can directly and indirectly become the cause of killing a person. These are such disorder in which a person feels alone and sad because of this various negative thoughts are born in the human mind. Firstly he/she is at risk of contracting many chronic and acute diseases mostly common like suddenly panic attack, lack of sleep, cardiovascular and so on. Secondly it can also lead to suicide. According to the report of world Health Organization worldwide 300 million people affected to the anxiety and depression. According to the World Health Organization every year 800,000 people die due to suicide and according to a report of WHO in every 40 seconds a person dies due to suicide [1-3].

Depression and Anxiety are two such disorders which destroy a human health. And if these are not addressed in early stage then they can also become the reason for a person death. Medicine can also cure but it makes the person addicted to it. That’s why they should leave medicine and relay on natural resources. Like there are many benefits of banana for example banana is not only tasty and sweet to eat but. Helps in digestion and also help us out with our skin problems and it also helps us in mood echancement. Banana containing trptophan that convert into serotonin mean happy or enjoyable hormone and also vitamin B6 occur in serotonin production. Moreover, banana is naturally sweet and contain fiber for sustained energy. So, helping them in positive mood.
