The Earth's climate and water cycle have been improving for millions of years. Not by itself, but in interaction with water, the water cycle and biota. On degraded land, precipitation does not find its usual consumers and evaporates unchanged. For example, in an inverted sod of arable land, or in any field fertilized with chemicals and prepared for growing a single plant, all living subsurface organisms died. The natural function of water, the most important link in the hydrological cycle, has disappeared.

Water, falling out by precipitation, immediately returns back to the atmosphere. The same fumes come from asphalt, from active evaporators of many technological operations, turbines of all types of power plants, drying floors, dishes, linen without performing natural functions. Burning fuel in furnaces and engines is accompanied not only by the release of carbon dioxide, but also by the unnatural transformation of water molecules in the air. The volumes of such vapors begin to prevail over the vapors from natural consumers. The quality of moisture released by a person, an elephant or a microbe has its own individual structure differs from water molecules evaporated from asphalt, a boiling kettle, from washed spoon or drying clothes. The quality, volume and speed of the return of water to the clouds have changed. Artificial evaporation depends little on solar radiation. Man turns water into steam continuously, regardless of the weather, season, time of day. A new mechanism of sedimentation has appeared in nature. Huge volumes of new vapors - new substances in the clouds. Another raw material in the clouds gives out another product - uncontrollable precipitation, which, having no purpose, the meaning of its existence, falls wherever, how much and when it gets. Humanity has determined that climate change is its own doing but has not noticed the main thing - the merciless exploitation of water and its role in creating the climate.

It should be noted that all of his solutions lead to a reduction in artificial fumes:

2. Development of “green” technologies”,

3. Creation of alternative energy,

4. Water reuse,

5. Reclamation of dumps and deserts,

6. Restoration of forest cover

But all these are private, scattered, amateur and microscopic measures. Social events. It is necessary to develop them into state, strategic, universal, mandatory, effective, large-scale directions by every country, every person.

It is necessary to develop a global concept, to rethink the essence of the destruction of natural processes by the entire population of the Earth. To preserve the lives of our descendants, we must now begin to restore natural evaporation, as the main link in the water cycle chain. The immediate measures that need to be added to those listed are:

Immediately stop all projects and work on the construction of hydroelectric power stations with the accumulation of water in reservoirs, all work on turning rivers and laying canals. Begin the gradual and unconditional replacement of hydroelectric power stations with dam less and alternative energy and the drainage of all artificial water areas.

Drip irrigation and organic farming are alternatives to traditional agronomy.

Reducing the washing of everything that is washed and dried, there are, and it is necessary to develop new, methods for dry cleaning of all objects, for example, cars, washing road surfaces. Such technologies are known.

Reuse and recycling of water, collection and use of rainwater from hard surfaces.

Underground and underwater construction. Mining of ores, beneficiation, smelting, obtaining the finished product - all this can be done underground, in mined-out spaces. All types of production must be located underground. Even trade and housing. There are many shopping areas and subways in many major cities. There are real projects of underwater and underground cities. So, Japan is already building an underwater city. There are underground greenhouses where all kinds of greens are grown all year round.

External landscaping of buildings and structures. There is experience in growing fruits and vegetables on roofs and walls.
